Lotto9 Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the lotto9 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of lotto9.ws.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lotto9 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Users under 18 years of age are not permitted register for or use this platform under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the lotto9 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lotto9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
  • Enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Lotto9 users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape data from, or attack the platform's technical infrastructure.
  • Spreading false information, engaging in fraud, or attempting to hack another user's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.

Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and lotto9 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the lotto9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). There are no hidden exchange rates or additional charges applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits must be made by the account holder — lotto9 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated business hours. lotto9 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal to ensure the security of user funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same account holder's name.

Cancellation & Disputes

All confirmed transactions are final. If you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. lotto9 will thoroughly investigate each dispute and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Lotto9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The platform is provided "as is" and lotto9 does not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or available without interruption.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lotto9 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of lotto9 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

Lotto9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than user violation will be refunded in accordance with our established procedures.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. lotto9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. You access any third-party site at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the lotto9 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
